Trent A. Echard is a shareholder at Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky. He is the co-chair of the firm’s Oil and Gas Group. Trent’s practice is focused on civil litigation with an emphasis on Oil and Gas matters.

Trent works in the firm’s Pittsburgh and Greensburg offices. He is licensed to practice in Pennsylvania, Ohio, and West Virginia. He is also a Registered Patent Attorney with degrees in mechanical engineering and biomedical engineering.

Trent’s litigation practice focuses on complex matters. He represents clients in contract disputes, business disputes, trade secrets cases, fraud cases, and other business torts. He also represents individuals in catastrophic personal injury and wrongful death cases.

Trent maintains a comprehensive Oil and Gas practice, featuring both transactional services and litigation services. He assists clients with Oil and Gas leases, pipeline agreements, and other agreements. Trent also assists clients with all types of Oil and Gas litigation. He has represented clients in Oil and Gas lawsuits related to lease disputes, contract disputes, title and ownership disputes, surface use disputes, gas storage disputes, pipeline disputes, property damage claims, trespass claims, and condemnation actions.
