David L. Pollack has been Of Counsel to Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky since 2008, and practices business law from our Pittsburgh office.

David’s experience includes mergers and acquisitions, business and investment structuring, federal and state taxation, tax-exempt organizations, and charitable gift, estate and business planning. His clients include individuals and closely held for-profit and nonprofit organizations.

David and his wife, Avery, live in Pittsburgh and have three daughters: Elsbeth, Mollie, and Samantha.
