Lydia A. Gorba

Lydia A. Gorba is a Director with Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky practicing primarily in civil litigation. Lydia has experience handling a variety of matters, including personal injury, premises liability, real estate litigation, and insurance defense.

Lydia believes that building a relationship with each and every client is the necessary foundation to handling any type of case. She values communication and will not leave you wondering about the status of your case.

Lydia began her legal career at SMGG in the summer of 2016 as a Law Clerk. Upon graduating cum laude from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, Ms. Gorba stepped into the role of Associate Attorney with SMGG.

While at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law, she served as a Research Editor for the University of Pittsburgh Law Review and was inducted into the University of Pittsburgh Chapter of the Order of the Coif honor society, an honor bestowed upon those graduating in the top ten percent (10%) of the class.

Outside of the courtroom, Lydia enjoys spending time with family and friends, including her son, daughter, husband, and their rescue pups, Dolly and Hank. Lydia is a Cambria County native and currently resides in the North Hills of Pittsburgh.
