Michael is an experienced attorney and business advisor whose practice includes mergers and acquisitions, creditors’ rights, commercial contracts, business disputes, and general counseling for businesses and nonprofit organizations. His clients include insurance producers, investor groups, technology companies, healthcare providers, mid-cap industrial enterprises, artists and production companies, and nonprofit organizations in numerous sectors.
Recent representative transactions include representing a seller in a mid-nine-figure private equity transaction, counseling technology startups on software licensing and equity raises, advising med-spas on compliance and business matters, advising on private investment fund offerings, and helping a nationwide entertainment touring company contract with its performers.

Michael earned his law degree with a concentration in business law and regulation from Cornell University, interned with the Honorable Arthur J. Schwab in the Federal Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and is a proud Bucknell Bison. He is honored to serve as President of the Board of Directors of the Pace School, an approved private school in Churchill, Pennsylvania.
