Michael G. Nicolella Promoted to Shareholder

Michael brings extensive experience as an attorney and business advisor, specializing in mergers and acquisitions, securities law, creditors’ rights, entertainment law, commercial contracts, business disputes, and general counsel services for businesses and nonprofit organizations. His diverse client base includes investor groups, technology companies, healthcare providers, entertainment organizations, prominent businesses, and nonprofits across various industries.

With nearly two decades of experience, Michael finds his greatest professional fulfillment in helping clients achieve their goals. In addition to his law practice, Michael is Vice President of the Board of the PACE School, which provides individualized education and additional behavioral and autistic support services for students K–21. Michael and his family reside in Upper St. Clair Township.
