Sanford M. Aderson

Sanford M. Aderson is Of Counsel to Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky. He previously was a founding shareholder of Aderson Frank Steiner & Blechman, where he practiced for 25 years.

He focuses on corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, estate planning, and bankruptcy. Sanford has represented financial services organizations, movie theaters, construction companies, real estate developers, manufacturers, and retailers. He has helped clients with the purchase and sale of companies and with securities offerings.

His estate planning experience includes the creation of life insurance trusts, beneficiary-controlled trusts, and dynasty trusts. In his bankruptcy practice, Sanford represents debtors and negotiates workouts of troubled loans.

Sanford also serves as president of Luttner Financial Group, a regional financial services organization with 200 professionals in Pennsylvania, Virginia, Ohio, and Kentucky.
