- Counseled company heads and human resources professionals regarding employee relations, termination, employee leave, employee handbooks, and developing/drafting various policies and procedures;
- Drafted employment contracts, employee handbook provisions, non-competition addendums, confidentiality provisions, and non-solicitation provisions;
- Successfully negotiated settlements of real estate litigation matters, landlord/tenant matters, corporate business litigation matters, contract dispute matters, corporate structure and dissolution matters, and employment litigation matters.
