Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky Hires Michael Nicolella as Associate Attorney

Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky (SMGG), a full-service law firm, is pleased to announce the hiring of Michael Nicolella as the firm’s newest Associate Attorney. Nicolella’s primary area of focus will be commercial law.

Nicolella holds his J.D. from Cornell Law School with a concentration in business law and regulation, and earned his B.A. from Bucknell University. Throughout his career, Nicolella has represented private companies, investors, lenders, creditors, and entrepreneurs in business matters which include lending, enforcement of remedies, and buying and selling companies, real estate, and assets. He has also represented creditors and other parties in interest in bankruptcy cases. His client experience includes companies in the financial services, utility, pharmaceutical, energy, software and consumer product industries. Prior to joining SMGG, Nicolella was in practice with an international law firm.

Mr. Nicolella also gives his time to the Boy Scouts of America, youth athletics, and autism charities, and enjoys raising three children with his wife Marie, an educator.
