Gretchen Moore Earns Certificate from the Association of Workplace Investigators

Gretchen Moore, SMGG President and co-chair of the firm’s Independent Investigations Group, has earned a Certificate from the Association of Workplace Investigators (AWI), demonstrating mastery of the core knowledge and skills necessary to conduct impartial, high-quality workplace investigations.

The AWI Certificate Program is an intensive training designed for professionals who conduct or oversee workplace investigations in public, private, and nonprofit organizations. Participants complete rigorous coursework and assessments focused on investigation principles, interviewing techniques, credibility assessments, and report writing. Earning the certificate signifies a commitment to excellence, fairness, and professionalism in the fact-finding process.
