They will be speaking during two sessions:

10:00 a.m. to 10:30 a.m. – Emerging Trends and Legal Challenges in Workplace Investigations. This session will explore evolving issues impacting employers and investigators in today’s workplace environment.

11:15 a.m. to 12:15 p.m. – Challenges Involving Social Media, AI, and Tech in Workplace Investigations. This session will explore emerging technology-related challenges in workplace investigations, including AI-generated evidence, social media issues, remote employee investigations, workplace messaging platforms, and BYOD concerns.
