Devin Hallett Snyder to Present at NBI’s Pennsylvania Probate Process CLE

Devin Hallett Snyder, SMGG Director and Chair of the firm’s Estates & Trusts practice, will serve as a faculty presenter for National Business Institute’s upcoming CLE, “The Pennsylvania Probate Process: In 7 Simple Steps,” on August 21, 2026.

The program will provide practical, step-by-step guidance on the Pennsylvania probate process, from opening an estate and preparing personal representatives for their responsibilities to managing assets, addressing tax considerations, making distributions, and completing the final accounting.

Devin will present three sessions during the program:

• Opening the Estate | 9:00–9:45 a.m. EDT
• Preparing the Personal Representatives for the Job | 9:45–10:15 a.m. EDT
• Managing the Estate: Valuations, Spousal Share, and More | 10:30–11:15 a.m. EDT

Attendees will gain practical insights and best practices for navigating key stages of estate administration, including critical first steps, fiduciary responsibilities, asset valuation, and other issues that can arise throughout the probate process.

The CLE is designed to equip attorneys with foundational knowledge and practical strategies for effectively handling probate matters from start to finish.
