Child Find: What Do ODR Decisions Tell Us?

In this session, David will examine several years of Child Find decisions issued by Pennsylvania’s Office of Dispute Resolution (ODR), identifying key trends and lessons from the hearing officers who adjudicate these matters. Attendees will gain practical insights into how schools can strengthen their Child Find practices and better meet their obligations to identify, locate, and evaluate students who may have disabilities.
