Our Education attorneys have broad experience in education law and Charter School compliance, and have assisted many charter schools with the legal services necessary for getting students and teachers into the classroom. We work with charter school applicants to prepare and submit a charter application, and, if necessary, on appealing a denial to the State Charter Appeal Board or Commonwealth Court. Our attorneys also assist clients with filing for nonprofit status, completing governance documents and negotiating financing and leases.
