SMGG Announces Filip M. Rams as Director, Expanding Strength in Corporate and Tax Law

Filip M. Rams has joined Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky as Director. Filip brings with him a distinguished background in corporate and tax law, enhancing SMGG’s capabilities in advising private and public companies, investors, and entrepreneurs on complex legal matters.

With a practice focused on corporate structuring, mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and corporate governance, Filip delivers pragmatic counsel tailored to both immediate transactional needs and long-term strategic growth. His deep understanding of corporate law is complemented by robust tax knowledge, which allows him to offer clients clear, coordinated, and tax-efficient legal representation.

Before joining SMGG, Filip held roles at a national law firm and a global professional services firm, where he advised on high-value, cross-border transactions and complex deal structuring.
