Pittsburgh, PA – Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky Shareholder Alan T. Shuckrow has
been named a Distinguished Alumni by North Allegheny Foundation. The Distinguished Alumni
Awards recognize alumni of North Allegheny High School who have made significant
contributions to society or outstanding professional accomplishments.
“Anyone who knows me will be aware of how important the North Allegheny community has
been to me and to my family,” says Alan. “To be recognized by my alma mater, one of the highest
quality school districts in the Country, is truly an honor.”
North Allegheny Foundation will hold a gala on Thursday, January 26, 2023, to honor all of the
2023 Distinguished Alumni. Alan is being recognized in the category of Community Service.

commitment to community service inspire everyone who knows him to help others. We are
delighted and grateful the North Allegheny Foundation has bestowed on Alan this wonderful
honor.”
Alan T. Shuckrow has been an attorney at Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky since 1997
and has been a Shareholder since 2003. From 2014-2019, he served as the firm’s President and
Managing Shareholder. He currently serves on the Executive Committee as the firm’s Counsel.
His experience ranges from municipal and education law to civil litigation and real estate. His
clients include non-profit and for profit organizations and governmental entities.
