Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky Promotes Jeremy Rudkin to Shareholder for 2022

Pittsburgh, PA – Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky (SMGG) is pleased to announce the promotion of Jeremy Rudkin to Shareholder, effective January 1, 2022.

Jeremy concentrates his practice on corporate and real estate related matters. His real estate practice focuses in the areas of real estate development, financial transactions representing lenders and borrowers, leasing projects, acquisitions and sales, including the sale, leasing and purchase of condo development projects, office buildings, shopping centers, and apartment complexes. Jeremy also advises established and emerging businesses on a broad range of general corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, structure, succession planning, commercial transactions and corporate contracts.

Robyn focuses on civil litigation in real estate and business-related matters. She also advises clients on property acquisitions, negotiating and drafting purchase and sale agreements, as well as commercial leases and property management contracts. She routinely represents businesses and individuals in a variety of areas associated with real estate transactions including the review of easements and rights of way, boundary disputes, quiet-title actions, and residential and commercial landlord/tenant matters.
