SMGG Director Jean Novak to Present At Upcoming “Human Resource Law Boot Camp” February 3rd and 5th, 2020

Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky is pleased to announce that Director Jean Novak will be a speaker at the upcoming National Business Institute (“NBI”) Continuing Education Program, “Human Resource Law Boot Camp.” This one (1) day Continuing Education program for attorneys, accountants and human resources professionals will cover a variety of legal compliance matters, FSLA, HIPAA and more. Ms. Novak will be discussing “Drugs and Alcohol in the Workplace: Marijuana and Other Considerations,” as well as “Employee Relations:  Legal Solutions for Sensitive Workplace Issues.”

This program is being held twice, February 3, 2020 and February 5, 2020.  The February 3, 2020 event will be held from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at the Hilton Garden Inn in Morgantown, West Virginia.  The February 5, 2020 event will be held from 8:30 a.m. until 4:30 p.m. at the Oglebay Resort and Conference Center in Wheeling, West Virginia.  You can register on the NBI website or by clicking here.
