SMGG Attorneys David Strassburger, Gretchen Moore, and Jean Novak will be speaking at the ACBA School and Municipal Law CLE on Thursday, July 18, 2019 about “What to do About all of These Records? Retention, Discovery and Production of Records by Public Entities – How to Stay Compliant and Out of Trouble in a Digital World.” SMGG’s attorneys from the litigation and public sector practice areas will explore the interplay between records retention requests, discovery in litigation (including e-discovery), and right to know requests and responses.
