SMGG Affirms Commitment to Downtown By Signing 10- Year Lease Renewal

Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky has signed a lease renewal, choosing to stay in downtown Pittsburgh at Four Gateway Center for 10 more years.

Gretchen Moore, President of the firm said, “The thriving law firm community of Pittsburgh is committed to the downtown area. SMGG will continue to do business in the downtown district for the next decade, doing our part to contribute to revitalizing the area.”

Located in the heart of downtown with direct access to nearby conveniences and transit, the amenities of Four Gateway Center include a state-of-the-art conference and training center, a fitness center equipped with locker rooms, onsite parking, an expansive lounge with several breakout areas for tenants, and a large outdoor plaza.

“After reviewing other options, we decided that our current location at Gateway Center was the best one to advance the firm’s long-term plans for growth, maintain continuity and provide an elevated work environment both for our employees and growing client base,” said Julie Kline, shareholder and vice president at Strassburger McKenna.

SMGG’s Pittsburgh roots run deep. Their century-long tradition of serving the Pittsburgh community has grown as they have expanded throughout Western Pennsylvania and beyond. Renewing the lease for office space in downtown Pittsburgh demonstrates this ongoing and long-standing
