Kunselman, has authored the recently published 6th Edition of Pennsylvania Commercial Litigation, published by The Legal Intelligencer. Now in its sixth edition, the book provides an overview of the primary causes of action in Pennsylvania commercial cases. It also serves as a primer on minimizing risks for transactional attorneys and business owners.
Harry F. Kunselman, a shareholder at Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky, focuses on civil and commercial litigation, including disputes involving minority shareholders, trade secrets, covenants not to compete, breach of contract, construction disputes, business torts, professional malpractice, and other general liability claims. Mr. Kunselman also provides general counseling and litigation services for a wide range of business owners.
Four other professionals also made contributions to the book. Christopher Azzara contributed the chapters on Mechanics Liens and Fraudulent Transfers; Diane Zack Buchanan co-authored with Mr. Kunselman the chapter, Construction Related Claims; Trent A. Echard contributed the chapters on Business Torts and Oil and Gas Litigation; and Gretchen E. Moore contributed the chapter on Indemnification and Contribution.
