How long have you been practicing, and what is your practice?

27 years. I am a corporate and real estate attorney specializing in M&A, purchase and sale transactions, business succession and estate planning, and general corporate counseling.

What motivates you to work hard?

I have always taken great pride in the work that I do. I also enjoy helping business owners solve various problems affecting their business.

If you could have dinner with any three individuals, who would they be and why?

Warren Buffett, Sandra Day O’Connor, and George Washington.

What has been the most important career advice you have been given so far?

Always treat colleagues of any rank with respect and kindness, and never ask them to do something you wouldn’t do yourself — leadership and teamwork from alongside, not from above.

What do you like to do outside of the office?

Golf and bike

Dog

What is your favorite movie?

Shawshank Redemption, LA Confidential, and Silence of the Lambs are all top choices.

What is your favorite TV show?

Seinfeld

If you could meet anyone in the world, who would it be?

Elon Musk, but I’m afraid my lack of science knowledge would leave me stumped.
