Robyn B. Eisen is an associate attorney at Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky, with a focus on civil litigation in real estate and business related matters. Ms. Eisen has also done extensive work in criminal defense, personal injury and medical malpractice throughout her career, which started in upstate New York.
In her real estate expertise, Ms. Eisen advises clients on negotiating and drafting real estate purchase and sale agreements, as well as commercial leases, property management, and tax assessment appeals. Ms. Eisen routinely represents businesses and individuals in a variety of areas associated with real estate transactions including boundary disputes, quiet-title actions, and residential and commercial landlord/tenant matters. Ms. Eisen also serves as a licensed title agent for the firm’s settlement company.
Ms. Eisen earned her J.D. from Albany Law School. While at Albany Law, she served as the Executive Editor for the Albany Law Journal of Science and Technology, was a member of trial team and served as a Judicial Extern for The Honorable Thomas McAvoy in the Northern District of New York.
Ms. Eisen, her husband and three children reside in McCandless Township, just north of the city of Pittsburgh.
