Ena M. Lebel, counsel at Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky, concentrates on corporate transactional law and general business counseling.

Ms. Lebel’s practice includes representing a wide variety of businesses in areas such as entity formation, corporate structuring, corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions, investor relations and general corporate counseling.

Prior to her time at Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky, Ms. Lebel was a corporate and securities associate for an AmLaw 100 law firm in Philadelphia. There, her practice concentrated on representing both public and private clients in a variety of corporate and securities matters, including securities offerings, corporate governance, ongoing compliance with federal securities laws and investments in hedge funds and private equity funds.

Before practicing law, Ms. Lebel was a management consultant for one of the Big Four professional services firms in New York City.

Ms. Lebel believes her unique business and consulting background enable her to take a more holistic view with her clients and partner with them in their overall business strategy.

Ms. Lebel is a native of Cleveland, Ohio and currently resides in the City of Pittsburgh.

  • Represented a mortgage reinsurance company and a technology manufacturing company in several multi-million dollar underwritten public offerings

  • Represents a news media organization in corporate governance, contract drafting and review, sales of parts of the business, and other general counseling matters

  • Serves as general counsel for various for-profit and non-profit entities.
