Claire Johnson Saénz Joins Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky

We are delighted to announce another addition to the Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky team. Claire Johnson Saénz has joined the firm as Of Counsel in the Estates and Trust Group.

Prior to joining SMGG, Claire managed her own law firm, building a legacy of leadership and respect among her clientele and peers. Claire’s compassion, meticulous attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to excellence will enhance our capabilities and bolster SMGG’s commitment to delivering superior legal services.

Claire has more than 25 years of experience in trusts and estates. She creates customized estate plans and educates clients so they can make informed decisions about their wealth planning. Claire also assists executors and administrators in navigating the complexities of the probate process, ensuring that estates are settled efficiently and in accordance with the decedent’s wishes and legal requirements.

Claire is the fourth lateral hire to join SMGG since April, a testament to the firm’s culture and commitment to providing clients with strategic, customized legal solutions. “We are excited to welcome Claire to SMGG.
