About the author

Harry Kunselman has been with Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky since 1994 and became
a shareholder in 1998. Mr. Kunselman’s experience as a litigator in the business world has been
proven through civil and commercial litigation, including breach of contract; minority shareholder
disputes; disputes involving landowner gas rights; construction disputes; non-competes in the
medical, energy, and other industries; trade secrets; general liability tort
claims; and professional malpractice claims, to name a few. One such dispute in his vast history
involved the shareholders, directors, and corporate representatives of RMS Titanic, Inc., the
company with salvor in possession rights to RMS Titanic.
