Nathan M. Sainovich is an Associate Attorney at Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky whose practice centers on business transactions and real estate matters across Western Pennsylvania.
Nathan represents companies and nonprofit organizations in connection with purchases and sales, commercial finance and secured transactions, and the operational agreements that support ongoing business activities — from drafting and negotiating contracts to structuring transactions that include both business assets and real estate.
Leveraging experience in the public and private sector, he regularly assists with asset and equity acquisitions and divestitures across a range of industries. His work includes preparing and negotiating purchase agreements and ancillary documents, coordinating due diligence review, addressing title and financing considerations, and guiding transactions through closing. He focuses on identifying risk early, aligning deal terms with business objectives, and maintaining efficiency throughout the process.
In addition to his corporate practice, Nathan maintains an active real estate practice. He handles commercial acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing on a standalone basis and as components of broader corporate transactions. He also represents clients in complex and high-value residential transactions, which include providing advice on real estate, trust, and estate matters. Nathan holds a Pennsylvania title insurance agency license, providing him with valuable practical insight into title review, settlement procedures, and closing mechanics that support smooth and timely transactions.
Nathan is active in the legal and local business community and serves on the Board of Directors of Moon Industrial Development Authority, where he participates in reviewing and approving financing initiatives that support nonprofit organizations and emerging businesses within the township. Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and two Labradors. An avid golfer and former NCAA athlete, Nathan regularly participates in charity tournaments and firm-supported outings, combining his competitive drive with opportunities to strengthen professional relationships and support community causes.
