Jason G. Wehrle is Of Counsel with the Pittsburgh office of Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky, where he concentrates his practice in commercial litigation, consumer litigation and professional liability defense. Prior to joining the firm Mr. Wehrle practiced for several years at a large national law firm in Chicago, Illinois.
Mr. Wehrle's broad practice experience includes commercial, complex civil and construction litigation; corporate governance; real estate and commercial bankruptcy law; professional liability actions, including claims against attorneys and accountants, as well as director and officer liability claims. Mr. Wehrle also represents a number of clients including debt collection agencies and debt buyers in matters arising from the application of the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
He has successfully represented his clients, which include law firms, lawyers, accountants, physicians, hospitals, closely held corporations, businesses, directors and officers, in both the State and Federal Courts of Pennsylvania and Illinois.
He has represented employers in cases involving the breach of restrictive covenants and misappropriation of trade secrets by former employees and officers. Mr. Wehrle has obtained temporary restraining orders and preliminary and permanent injunctions enforcing restrictive covenants on behalf of employers against former employees, including physicians, brokers, and salespersons.

Mr. Wehrle is a member of the American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association and Allegheny County Bar Association, where he is also a member of the Ethics and Insurance Committees. Mr. Wehrle is also a member of the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers.
Personal
Mr. Wehrle is an active member of his community and is currently serving as a Director of the Seneca Valley School Board. He is also active in coaching youth sports. He and his wife Lisa live in Cranberry Township and have a daughter, Emma, and son, Brady.
