Mr. Azzara has represented financial institutions and businesses in financing matters, including the preparation and negotiation of loan documents, workouts, foreclosures and general creditor rights. His representation of businesses includes the negotiation and drafting of governance documents, formation of entities and general business litigation. Mr. Azzara currently represents several local and national corporations in the collection of business debts.
Mr. Azzara also practices in the area of construction where he has experience in contract negotiation, claims for delay, mechanics' liens, and all types of contractual disputes. Mr. Azzara counsels clients, including owners, developers, contractors and subcontractors on a variety of both private and public projects and represents clients in various state and federal courts.
Mr. Azzara has made presentations on bankruptcy and real estate issues related to creditor's rights and the fraudulent transfer of property.
Mr. Azzara is a member of the Allegheny County Bar Association's Bankruptcy and Commercial Law Section, the American Bankruptcy Institute, and the Allegheny County Young Lawyers Division.
