Jennifer Dempsey, an Associate at Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky, represents corporate and individual clients in commercial litigation matters in state and federal courts. Ms. Dempsey also has significant experience with internal regulatory investigations, white collar matters, and enforcement actions. She routinely advises clients on all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and e-discovery, and appeals.
Prior to joining Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky, Ms. Dempsey practiced for several years at a large Philadelphia-based Am Law 100 firm as a litigation associate. After attending law school, she clerked for the Honorable D. Michael Fisher on the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Jennifer is a native of Pittsburgh and resides in the South Hills with her husband and son.
