H. Arnold Gefsky,  counsel at Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Gefsky in Pittsburgh, focuses on business law. He joined the firm in 2008 as part of the combination of Strassburger McKenna Gutnick & Potter with Gefsky and Lehman.

Mr. Gefsky has extensive experience and concentrates his practice in exit stratey planning; mergers, acquisitions and dispositions; business development and finance; and entertainment development projects, has been a frequent speaker on exit strategy planning, mergers and acquisitions and other business topics and has served in a business advisory capacity and as an expert witness.

Mr. Gefsky for 30 plus years has held the highest rating for lawyers by Martindale Hubble, a national register for attoreny, recognizing his professional standards and ethics as well as his legal ability.

Mr. Gefsky lives in Squirrel Hill with his wife, Adrien.
